General

• These terms and conditions apply to all use of and purchases made through this store. They constitute a binding agreement between you and the store for all intents and purposes.

• You are requested to read these terms carefully and in full, as a prerequisite to forming a binding agreement.

• Browsing the site and purchasing products offered for sale—whether via the website or by phone—constitutes your agreement to abide by these terms.

• If you do not agree to any of the terms stated herein, you are kindly requested not to use the website in any way.

Payment Terms

• Payment on the website can be made by credit card only. Accepted cards include all credit cards issued in Israel and internationally.

• Purchases cannot be made with cash, checks, vouchers, gift cards, store credits, or coupons.

• The customer agrees to pay the full shipping fee as a condition for receiving the product.

• After completing the payment, you must send the delivery details along with a screenshot of the payment confirmation via WhatsApp.

• The transaction is subject to approval by the credit card company. Only a confirmation message sent in reply will serve as initial evidence of a valid transaction.

• Purchases of products that can be copied or duplicated (e.g., books, artworks) cannot be canceled once the original packaging has been opened by the customer.

Responsibility

• We ensure that products leave our facility in perfect and intact condition. Any damage or defects occurring during shipping are the responsibility of the courier or delivery service.

• Products are packed with the utmost care and professionalism. Upon receiving the package, please inspect the envelope or box and report any suspected damage to the courier or mail carrier. Obtain a written confirmation if possible. Look especially for dents or tears. Our partnered delivery companies may request to examine the packaging. While we are happy to assist in any way we can, resolving such matters is typically between you and the courier service or postal provider.

 

Pricing

• All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

Shipping

• For any order other than books, please contact us in advance to receive a special shipping quote. All deliveries are handled by an external door-to-door courier service in accordance with their service charter.

Workshops

• Booking a workshop requires prior coordination via email (as listed on the site). Once the date and activity are agreed upon, full advance payment is required.

Data Security and Privacy

• Credit card processing may be done via external clearing companies such as PayPal, in compliance with the global PCI standard and their privacy policy. Payments may also be made via Bit or PayBox.

• After payment is made, please send confirmation via WhatsApp to 054-4607526, including your name and delivery address.

• In cases beyond the company’s control and/or due to force majeure, the company shall not be held responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, caused to the user or anyone on their behalf, should data be lost, leaked, or misused without authorization.

• All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on the website—including its content, design, software, code, graphics, images, text, and any other material—are the sole property of the company.

• You may not copy, photograph, distribute, publicly display, or share any of this content with third parties.
